Beware - much of the data is out of date. Things change rapidly in this industry. For example, the chart which rates the airlines (located at )http://www.obs-us.com/obs/english/books/pg/pg487.htm) is from 1995.. as well as the article "Best Big Airlines to Fly" is also from 1995.
