Double dip miles at American Cellars Wine Club?

Not sure if this has been brought up before, but with regards to American Cellars Wine Club offering ~2500 miles to join their wine club on various different airlines, can you join the wine club twice through different airline invitations and get credit for both? Lets say join through American then United? Will this work for getting miles for both airlines making two separate subscriptions?
