Need Help With Using Points

Hi All,
I am planning a trip to India next feb and wanted to know if there's any way I can use the points that I have in some of the different programs to buy the ticket.
I have some visa issues so cannot fly through LHR and FRA. I live near EWR but JFK is also an option. I have around 100k BA points, 150K Amex, 85k AA,60K Delta. The best airlines for me would be Qatar, Emirates, Air India, Jet.
Any help is really appreciated and my thanks in advance :)

If you can't transit through Europe, your next bet would be to use 90K AA miles for a coach flight to India on Ethiad (via Abu Dhabi) or on the direct Chicago to Delhi AA flight.

Or you could transfer AMEX MR points to a Star Alliance partner and fly on Turkish Air to Istanbul and then on to India.

You can also transfer your Amex points to Delta and fly through CDG. Unfortunately DL shows no "low/low" award redemptions; the best you can do is "low/medium", 105k for the r/t in economy, which isn't too great. But it is possible to get a business class redemption for not terribly much more, 175k. (And you can spend some time in Paris on the way back.) These aren't great deals, but at least something to consider if the other suggested avenues don't work out.

Delta lets you put an award ticket on hold for 2 days, so if you find a flight you like, you can hold it while you search other options, and then transfer your Amex points if you decide to go with it.

Thanks for the replies guys....Will look into these options

Note also that I think Amex might be running some promo for transfers to DL. This might make the net cost "cheaper" in terms of points.

AA miles can be redeemed on Jet Airways, Royal Jordanian, and ElAl. But for Coach travel in February, it would be cheaper to combine a 20,000-mile North America-Europe Coach award with a 20,000-mile Europe-India Coach award. Can you transit via BRU? CDG? ZRH?

Transfer your Amex MR to either Delta or Aeroplan and look for awards on SkyTeam or Star Alliance (not Lufthansa) in business class. For Aeroplan you should act quick as there are new fuel surcharges kicking in at the end of the month.

If you are interested in using your AA miles don't forget Etihad.
