resources for learning about frequent flyer programs, designing, financials
 

Hello,

I am interested in learning about the finances of frequent flyer programs. I would love to be able to read about how the business of FFPs works, the accounting, the financial modeling etc.

Can anyone recommend a good resource on the internet? Or a good book about the airline industry?
