Question regarding booking hotels

I am in the process of booking a hotel in LAS. I got a rate of 75.00USD for Mirage. However, this is for 2 person, however there are 3 person travelling in my family, can I just say there are 2 person travelling cause I am really not willing to pay 30.00USD extra per night. I would just ask for 2 Queen bed instead of a King bed.

Hope to get a quick response to this because I am going to be booking soon.

Regards,
Empress

great rate for the Mirage - worth a try.

I suspect that you are from outside the US. We have traveled for years with my daughter and we have never paid a third person supplement.
Obviously, the situation is different in Europe. Doubles tend to be so small that the hotel will not allow a third person -- period. Also, there is no requirement to show passports in the US.
I agree -- even for Las Vegas you are getting a very good rate. Don't go to the White Tiger show, its a rip off.

Yes, I am from Canada...Is there anyway the hotel would be able to find out that you have more than 2 people..the third one is a 15 year kid.

Highly doubtful. Just have the 15-year-old hang out elsewhere when you check-in and don't ask for 3 keys.

Many hotels have policies where kids under 18 stay free anyway. Just got back from Reno and stayed at the Hilton where my 16 year old stayed free. Ask them about their policy.
