Problems with "Match my Miles"
 

Greetings everyone!

I have had 4 months of difficulty collecting my miles from the "Match my Miles" program from Capitol One. After repeated phone calls amounting to hours repeating the same story. I was told that even thought they received my faxed airline statement the was an e-mail with a button at the bottom of it that I didn't select, and therefore was not eligible for the miles.

Has anyone else had this experience. I was told for 4 months that I did everything correctly by the company. So I am at a loss to explain this.
