Where is the Delta...

I used to get the Audience Rewards for SkyMiles, but I stopped getting them.

anybody know how to find the website and stat answering questions again?

It is strange, I have wanted to know how to get my points transferred to my SkyMiles account (yes I have a Medallion status) so I have sent a total of 25 emails to Audience Rewards while being logged in and not one has been answered.

I got the last email and they put about 4 questions in the email, the first one being about Mary Poppins, but I could not get to anymore questions for SkyMiles.

Any suggestions that might help me find my way back to the questions for Delta SkyMiles?

thanks

This is the link I use.

Go to Points Play at the bottom left corner and the questions should be there.

How to get access to 20 point questions?

I participate in all the audience rewards trivia questions available on a regular basis, but never get the opportunity to answer any of the 20 point questions.

Does anyone know what influences access to 20 point questions or how to go about getting access to them.

I do not think it is when I answer questions. I've answered some as soon as they come out and I've answered others within a day before they were changed. So I do not believe my timing is influencing access. I've even have posted my answers on flyer talk shortly after midnight when some questions have just come out.

I'm more curious to know why than anything else, not being greedy. Any theories?

I always thought they were available right when the questions come out. I just figured by the time the answers are posted in here it was too late.
