Whats the best and worst hotel CS?
How do you rate the hotel programs customer service? Interpret as you wish.
On a scale from 1 to 10 I will give;
Hyatt 9
Starwood 7
Hilton 5
Priority Club 2
With more limited dealings
Wyndham 2
Choice 2
Best Western 3

Accor (sofitel, novotel, pullman, mercure) is utter crap (1).
Scandic is ok but really only for us in scandinavia. (5)
Radisson is pretty worthless although you do get SK points for stays. (3)
Hilton used to be much better with upgrades for golds - 5+ years ago.
