Bonus for adding authorized user?
Do any of the miles/points cards ever offer a bonus for adding an authorized user to your account?

Beware you must have a valid ss# for additional users or they'll decline it. They really check.

Chase CO card gives you 5k miles for adding an authorized user within 2 months. The new 50k offers don't include this.

I got the 45k deal or something similar to the one offered at the end of the year by amex for the delta gold card and was offered 5K for adding 2 user cards..got the 45k a couple of days ago but not the extra 5 yet...might have to call and see whats up.
