Can I transfer the freedom points to other's UA miles?

In general the answer is no.

But, there may be rather rough way. Some people have had success upgrading their chase freedom to a chase sapphire card (CS) and thus upgrading their Ultimate Rewards account. The Ultimate Rewards account for the CS can be redeemed for continental miles on a 1:1 exchange rate, and if you wait long enough the Continental and United miles should combine.

Now, I haven't done this, but it may be worth a shot.
