Which airlines' upgrade coupons are transferable?
 

I was just looking at the new coupon connection section and was wondering which airline's upgrade coupons (given to elite members) are even transferable? I know that one member could upgrade someone else using their miles but how about coupons? It is my understanding that DL systemwide upgrades are not transferable, but how about the equivalent coupons of other airlines?

UA's tranferrable.

Others may only use your AA electronic upgrade only if they are are travelling with you (as your companion).

CP's upgrade sticker packages contain the following "condition":

"Stickers are void... if sold for cash or other considerations. "

While I was once told by a ticket agent that the stickers were not transferable under any circumstance, it would appear that as long as they are a "gift" (i.e. nothing expected in return) they are transferable.
