FT never ceases to surprise and inform me. I hadn't expected to, but I found a 'new' website (FC) which I had previously thought to be US-centric but which turns out to have copious international info.

Yes. And this cannot be stressed enough...if at first you don't get the answer you want, either hang up and call again, or find a different agent (if you're already at the airport) and ask again until you get what you want!
