Damn, I got the email but when I did the survey, somehow I clicked "no" to "do you have a Biz CO debit card". Actually I have a Biz debit card, how stupid I am. The survey ended immediately and I guess I won't be getting my 1K miles :( Click the link again and the system won't let me in.

I got the survey as well and it mainly asked what I thought about a new United Chase business card
- getting free baggage waivers - 500 miles per booking blah blah blah I wrote in the comments box that the only thing that would make me get the new card is yearly 25,000 point sign up bonuses :D |
