Delta or United
Okay so need feedback
Currently two years in a row diamond with Delta Premium Exec. with UA 400K life time miles with delta I find miles redemption with Delta are higher on most routes, times. UA seems better. As a D level some nice touches, but hardly been upgraded due to full flights internationaly, domestic is fine. mostly fly from STL to ATL or DET. Using system wides on international travel are hard to get, M or higher level, currently UA has lower class of bookings req. How will the CO/UA impact MP benefits (more members = harder to get stuff?) MQM miles rollover year over year with D is a nice touch. Most likely i can reach one K with UA by year end. My thought is drop a bit down to Platinum level w/Delta and try to reach and keep one K with UA. |

I think that, assuming the travel patterns work - and it sounds like the will for you, most folks would value UA 1K over DL Diamond. Even with the W+ fare requirement on the SWUs the UA version is easier to use than the DL version. If you're not getting domestic upgrades anyways - one of the few areas in which DL is supposedly very strong for top tier - then I'm not sure it is worth sticking around, particularly since you are not a hub captive. |

DL doesn't fly to DET.
But STL small fish, but still goes to ATL, DET, etc. (okay so it is DTW, maybe) i think you knew what i meant. Detroit? My sincere apologies for that. thanks for you feed back. |

I fly mostly TPAC....may be a different answer depending on your travel patterns, but for me mo question that UA is much better.
1) Flat bed C on all the routes I fly. 2) High UG probability on Int'l >90% 3) You can upgrade even the cheapest fares. |
