Help getting CO checking miles from Chase
I opened a Chase Business account back in September 2009 to get the 25k CO miles. There was a big mix up with my address and I ended up not getting my debit card (and making my required debit purchases) until January. I'm still trying to track down the last 12,500 miles I never recieved and they are saying the offer I submitted said the debit purchases had to be made within 60 days. The current offer out there doesn't have that language and I don't remember the previous offer saying that, but I can't find a copy of the original T&Cs. Anyone out there who can help?

it did
It is 60 days, but if you didnt have an active debit card due to their fault i would go to the branch and get the people who opened it to help by calling chase and getting your points....there is a number that they can call that will investigate and handle points claims...it is even posted in another thread somewhere.

Good news Bad news.
I too, had trouble getting all of my 25,000 miles. I did everything required, but after 3 months I was still 15,000 miles short. I signed up in May 2010.
I phoned CSR, was passed around and ended up with "research dept".
They had me fax a copy of my 25,000 Bonus Mile Certificate , with Coupon Code. A week later I had my points.
My certificate does say either 5 debit purchases , or direct deposit must be made within 60 days of opening the account.
Good luck

Call 1-877-292-4273 and ask them to investigate it. They will offer to call you back with the results of the investigation in 2 days. 2 days may mean 2 days or it may mean 2 weeks but they will call back and have produce positive results for me on two occasions of missing bonuses this year. Calling the number on the card or any other Chase number or talking to someone in the branch is unlikely to yield a CSR who has the slightest clue what to do about it.

I got most of my miles, but they were awarded in a strange fashion. I got two 10k awards, two 12.5k awards, and one 2.5k reward. I'm still missing 2.5k, and I'm not sure why it hasn't posted.
My advice is to go into the Chase branch where you opened the account and get them to give you your credit. The rep I opened my account with was really nice, and he has responded to my emails within less than 24 hours every time something goes wrong with my account.
