Unfortunately the rate that Video Poker earns in slot clubs is generally less. In the aforementioned Westin LV it takes $10 coin in to earn 1 players club point.

Also their best game is DW44 VP which has an expected return of 98.91% using ideal play. Effectively paying 2.38 cents per SPG point assuming no windfall or catastrophic play. Again if you like to gamble VP its pretty good, but as a method of earning cheap SPG point, not so much.
