How to opt back in, or Target me please.
 

Years ago , I "opted out" from getting Credit Card Offers in the mail. About a year ago I went online and tried to "Opt Back In" . I have yet to get a credit card offer in the mail. I did fine without the Target offers until Citi dried up.
My wife never opted out, and gets some great offers.
Last month she was targeted for a 50,000 mile Delta Amex offer. Instant approval. when I tried the same link , I was only offered 30,000. ( she's a wonderful woman, but my FICO is way better than hers.)

How do I start getting these targeted mail offers again?

I am in the exact same situation as you. I opted out and then opted back in, but the offers never started flowing again. Who knows. My credit score only went up in the time I was opted out, so I don't think its an issue of creditworthiness.
