help with miles or points in canada
 

im from canada,have or had amex card, starwoods amex , cibc aeroplan ,rbc card, dont travel for business but like to travel when i can so like to collect miles or points , i see all these great deals on credit cards in the usa but i cant get them , what am i missing out in canada ?
