The worlds favorite airline
 

Just in case we all didn't know, the following from Bloomberg News:

"BA ALLOWED TO REMAIN 'WORLD'S FAVOURITE AIRLINE'

MAY 4, 1999, M2 Communications - The British Advertising Standards Authority has upheld British Airways' (BA) right to utilise the slogan 'the world's favourite airline' in its advertising campaigns after rejecting an attempt by Virgin Atlantic Airways to prevent BA's use of the phrase. BA, which has used the slogan since 1983, maintains it bases its use of the slogan on passenger figures collated by the International Transport Association."


and I suppose their marketing photos to New York Don't show New Yorkers being mugged.....

WAY, WAY OMNI!!! Speakig of your employer, David, I think I told you in Boston that my kids (6 and 4) watch the end of Bloomberg Morning News every morning on PBS waiting for the kids show "Arthur" to come on.

Two amusing stories related to this:

1) About a week ago, the six year old asked me "Daddy, what are your latest ideas from Wall Street?"

2) Last night, the kids were playing make-believe. I was eavesdropping and trying to figure out what they were talking about. Then it became clear:

Six year old: "Stay on top of the final [sic]world, stay tuned to Bloomerg Morning Report. I'm Mark Crumpin."

Four year old: "And I'm Suzanne Palmer in New York."

Both: Wild laughter and screaming...

We didn't have them in our files. That's great, now we're up to 17 viewers!!!

Do they want mugs or mouse pads or something?

Just a minor suggestion Matt: I hope your daughters grow up to go into ANY BUSINESS BUT NEWS!!! It's "Broadcast News" and beyond.
