It's only been a couple months but I have had no problems so far. I would say they are bare bones in the customer service department but not necessarily below average. The website is not the greatest but you can get what you need done. One thing to mention is that they did not have external ACH transfers that could be set up. If you want to ACH money into and out of your BankDirect account, you will have to set it up through your other financial institution. This is a little inconvenient but not the end of the world.
