Suggestion needed
 

Hi everyone,

I'm here seeking some advice from all the experts here. I'm flying 4x a year (round-trip) from taipei to brussels and about 8x/year (round-trip) from taipei to Guangzhou.

At the moment i have all kind of cards: Turkish (miles and smiles), KLM (skyteam), china airlines and asiamiles.

I have 72k points with KLM (gold card), but i don't think their advantages are really that good. I also have china airlines about 25k points. Thing with china airlines is that it seems hard to advance to the next level due to high requirements (after gold card). So i'm looking for another possibility to get from TPE to BRU. At this point Lufthansa ff program is looking good except for the flight time (at about 18h). Price is around the same as KLM, but 4h longer flight. China airlines and KLM are good flights to take concerning fly time. But what program are you guys suggesting?

For my trips to asia i'd like to add Cathay to it or stay with china airlines, but if i give up on china airlines i'll join cathay. What do you all think. Is it worth it?

This issue has been bothering me for days now but i don't seem to be anble to find a way out.

Another thing: can i transfer my points on turkish to lufthansa if needed?
