Can you fund account by any Credit Card?

Will it count as a purchase?

Just did it last week, not worth it. They freeze the account if you do any big withdrawals.

More trouble than it's worth...

PLUS i had someone from Discover come and visit me PERSONALLY to check that it wasn't fraud!

They got the train 60 miles to see me!

Instead of doing withdrawals can't you go to Walmart & get a money order? From what I've read it just shows up as a normal charge at Walmart.
