Experience with Expedia
 
I had the following experience for my last trip with expedia for the ticket that I bought through their web site. Any suggestions on how I can get reimbursed? Situation is as follows.

I made the reservation from Miami International Airport to Denver (round trip). When I went to the airport an hour before departure I was told that the flight that I had reservation leaves from West Palm Beach Airport and not MIA. The expedia Itinerary clearly shows airport code in the brackets as MIA. I checked all other segments and they were correct, including return flight to MIA. Since I did not have time to go to West Palm Beach, I had to take the hotel for a night at MIA and left next day with a new ticket. Since expedia site showed that the flight was from MIA, what can I do to get reimbursed for not only the ticked but also for the hotel expenses?

Contact Expedia. If that does not work maybe a friendly letter from on lawyer letterhead would help.
