Do not call the airlines under any conditions! This is the fastest way to kill the trick and bring unwanted attention to your itinerary! And do not post precious deals in this thread, this is by far the fastest way to kill the trick!

************************************************** ******
This is NOT the right place to ask: "Can you help me with a low fare for AAA-BBB?" This is not the beg-it thread, but the trick-it thread.

This thread deals with unique combinations of routes and booking tricks in order to lower prices on airline fares. Prices that would astound the general public are often achieved by the posters in this thread.

Many people, including airline representatives, monitor this thread. For that reason, it is unorganized, very content heavy, often lacking details, and written in shorthand. It takes patience and effort in order to understand the conversation and be able to participate as an active member.

We encourage you to read the entirety of this thread if you would like to get started and to experiment as soon as you understand the gist of Trick It. Lots of time spent reading, practicing, and learning is the only way to be able to reproduce our tricks and discover new ones yourself. There are many, many people who ask for advice here, so productive members are only able to help those who have shown a concerted effort and progress over a long period of time (months).

If you have no idea what this thread is about, a good place to start are various blogs' posts on the subject. At the very least, read the Rules for posting in this thread. They're also listed in the very first post, below.

Older portions of the thread have been separated into archive thread by year. They are listed below

isn’t CZ already pricing their routes around that rate without requiring any tricks?

It's not CZ. No need to go through China. Many dates throughout the year. To leave from many cities in Europe

You mean like the LH/LX DEL construction from before ?

Last night I arrived back at JFK after completing the return portions ( timed back-to-back) of a

2.5X

C2-JFK (Long stop-over) JFK - LHR - C2 MAY 3

and a

1X/4X

JFK-C2 (Long stop-over) BCN - JFK MAY 12

in neither cases did any of the many agents from various airlines make any remarks or even seemed to have the X factors on their screens,

Retested the availabilities of both structures in the future and both of them still work just as before.

Good news for future.

Moderator Reminder

This thread is for discussion of FD fares only. If you have a great fare that does not require FD post it in the proper forum.

Hello everyone,
Some one could find a fuel dump using the tool proposed by Secretfly? I've been using it randomly for several days, I have my trip with high YQ but unfortunately I can't find the flight for the dump. I am in europe, the flight is for asia
Regards

To use it effectively you'll need to have a flight that is definitely dumpable otherwise you're just wasting your time trying to pair it with potential strikes

Yes my flight have high YQ and with the rights Combinability rules.
only how to find the segment that will clear the charge. Is it a secret recipe or is it a random find?
Besides, what about the confidentiality of the SF tool, they monitor our findings?

[irony] Great idea! [irony off] Searching for FD candidates on a website that later sells tricks without any hesitation, leading them to destruction. And since it's a system of interconnected vessels, the destruction is much greater than an individual case. Do you even realize where and what question you asked?

I understand how frustrating it is that this site exposes things publicly and that it contributes to killing the FD. Unfortunately, that's how it works in all businesses. We have to adapt, continue searching, and preserve our findings away from the general public. My question was whether the system implemented by SF can be truly effective because, in the end, the tool only automates randomly. It's just a simple question without highlighting or praising SF.
Like many here, I'm looking for some advice. Is this topic too sensitive?"

Are you joking man? You have come here, just registered and want us to "adapt" to what? Telling SF about the working dump examples? My answer is: whatever they prepared it is extremely bad, bceause even if you find something puerly accidentally, they will know it and use for their dirty business. No, not all business act nihilistic "After me, the flood". They do.
