AA PLT looking to remain so. Last year only had to do a run to DFW to make it. Home is TUL.

YTD Elite Qualifying Points 27,418
YTD Elite Qualifying Miles 36,844
YTD Elite Qualifying Segments 46

I have CUN-DFW & DFW-TUL from Sunday Dec 7 left to credit (I class for CUN-DFW).

My quest is to find the quickest way to achieve PLT by years end, while trying to minimize the amount of time away from my family. I have Dec 21 & 26-28 available. I prefer no more than 1 nite away.

I would prefer to keep cost under $800. My thought is to fly 3 4-seg r/t, as I can't seem to make anything work out of Tulsa without an incredibly long layover somewhere. I wanted to do 2 6=segment runs, but the $$ got to be crazy. I have looked at the farecompare site, but can't seem to be able to book anything near their prices. I am willing to do international if that makes sense.

Does anyone know of a way to find the shortest turnarounds out of DFW? Any help would be appreciated

it looks like you need 11k or so mi's [you didn't say exactly & i didn't figure out what mi's hadn't been posted] or 12 segs...

from tulsa, you can get 4 segs easily in a day....like to aus & back....there are lots of options looking at the wn locations...

get on price & sked for your days to lit/stl/sat/iah/etc....good luck...
