Q: UA MR from ORD?
I've never done a really hard core MR before (did a ORD-PIT-CLT-IND-ORD one a few years back in a day, when I needed segments), but this year I'm going to come up about 8000 miles short of Premier Exec on UA. Can people help me out with figuring out a good MR?
-THere's nowhere in particular I'm crazy to go, though given 8000 miles, Europe seems a good choice.
-Quick turnaround is key...weekend trips are best.
-Based in Chicago. Could also consider MKE/MDW, though UA doesn't fly out of MDW.
-Any weekend between now and the end of the year.
-Obviously, cheaper the better. I could spend up to $500 on this, but $200 would be better - albeit likely impossible.
Thanks for any advice!

Have you check ORD-OGG? not exactly MR since there is a 3-day min on UA (leaving Friday returning Sunday 12/5-7 $455). But then again OGG is not the worst place to hang out this time of the year.

Thanks for the ideas all...I have to say that DUB is intriguing since I've always wanted to go there. The $413 deal I found leaving Fri, returning Sun is great, but the first segment (ORD-PHL) is only on time 50% of the time, and the connection is only 59 minutes. So I'll keep puttering around looking for places to go with better connections.
Of course, if anyone has any other ideas...keep 'em coming.
