Thanks for everyone's inputs.
My goal is to achieve 1MM lifetime miles status ASAP, preferably with United.
Before I received your feedback, my immature research indicated that Mr. Marc Tacchi spent 56 days on airplane and achieved 1MM+ miles. So I thought collecting 1MM BIS miles could be done using nearly double of time and I might be able to visit different parts of the world. “So naive” I did not realize Mr. Tacchi was collecting RDM instead of BIS miles until I got your feedback here.
Further research revealed this article, Mr. Tacchi collected nearly 350K BIS miles in 56 days. I guess 150 days might be a better time frame for my challenge. Well, idea is just an idea. Realistically, if I could do MR to get 200K miles per year, I would have my 1MM status in five years. But if I have time and money and I can take 150 days of vacations without worry a thing. To get 1MM status within 6 months is a cool thing to do.
