Advice for MR.
 

I have a bot of a crazy MR coming up, thankfully it's all in J but could use any advice from people who have done something equally as crazy.

The times after each segment are the connection times.

BHD-LHR BD 5 hours
LHR-BLR BA 5 hours
BLR-MAA 9W 1 hr 30
MAA-CMB 9W 11 hours
CMB-SIN CX 11hrs 30
SIN-HKG CX 2 hrs 40
HKG-YVR CX 1 hr 25
YRV-JFK CX 3 hrs 10
JFK-LAX AA (First) 2 hrs 45
LAX-JFK AA Overnight 9 hrs 40
JFK-HKG CX 4 hrs 10
HKG-BKK CX 2 hrs 15
BKK-CMB CX overnight 7hr 20
CMB-BLR UL 23 hrs
BLR-LHR BA 5 hrs
LHR-BHD BD

Any tips would be greatly appreciated, especially with ideas for hotels at JFK, that I can get to very quickly. The same with a hotel reasonably close to BLR. Also any ideas as to which is the best lounge to use to eat and shower etc that I can gain access to as AA Plat.
