Tremendous for a non-mistake fare close to peak season plus full mileage credit. ^ ^ ^
Too bad it can't be upgraded (query: does QF offer same-day buy-ups like UA?) No doubt there is a separate thread on the A-380 seating config - can't imagine that it would be any worse than the old 747s.

My thoughts too 200% miles is good, but O is not upgradeable. Decisions, decisions.

A and F have not disappeared from QF's A380 flights like SQ.
Looking at the LHR flights on expertflyer earlier today for March 2009 both R and F classes had availability on most flights, A does seem to have been zeroed out on the 380 flights though but its still there.

If you see F availability then perhaps it is for a day of week that is not operated by A380 (or a different flight)? So far just a few days a week on one of QF's LHR flight has A380 in the schedule.

As per the QF website:
***Due to high demand and limited seats, the $380 round-trip offer is expired.***
Congrats to all that got in on this idea.
I got shut out!

I saw this too late.
btw, yes AS will grant 100% miles. I've gotten AS to give credit for segments that AA would not give me miles for because of the fare class.
ssssh!
