Too bad it's VERY difficult to use, since you're stuck with midweek travel and they've blacked out all holiday periods. Even mileage runners have to stay 3 days, right?
Still, if you're a person-of-leisure, and you live within driving distance of EWR, your ship (or airplane) has come in. Buy immediately. And if you've got a ubiquitous UA voucher, the fare becomes even more incredible.

The 3-day minimum does apply, but the weekend price is $25 higher... not like some fares where only Tues/Wed comes close to the price.

If you're looking for potential travel dates, I see the Wednesday before Thanksgiving is currently available for Lihue, but you'll have to stay a week.
There is also late August availability to HNL (but not Lihue).
Perhaps you can combine the two deals to both island hop and get some additional date flexibility?
