1) D fares may not be available on some YYZ-Italy flights. Business class is already fully booked some peak days
2) 1.5x EQM on CO/DL/NW
3) The LCA legs are operated by Cyprus Air. I don't think you'd get CO/DL/NW miles or MQMs for that 1250-1500 mile segment
4) MXP-LCA runs x14
5) FCO-LCA runs x235
6) At least for April, YYZ-MXP runs x3, and there is no direct YYZ-FCO
7) This will likely require a stay in Cyprus and maybe someplace else, due to the flight times. LCA-MXP arrives after MXP-YYZ departs.
