Pretty widely available, bookable through jetblue. Pretty widely available through end of schedule.
bookable through expedia and orbitz. so far to IAD and BOS too.

And, if you plan to credit to AA, don't: "You can earn AAdvantage miles when you fly on JetBlue marketed and operated flights and JetBlue codeshare flights operated by American Airlines."
