You can only see new messages after joining a WhatsApp chat, not messages sent before you joined.

Fair!

I forwarded it again to the group. If people join then just ask someone to forward it

Most people's time to initiate this process will probably be up in 2-4 days (30 days after cancellation)
I am unable to join the whatsapp group, it says it is full. Can you post the pdf with instructions from the lawyer on here? I am UK based, hopefully I can still file the relevant docs?

Is this from the lawyer Klaus? He's completely ignored me with an English message, really disappointing honestly. You'd think the lawyers getting involved in this would want to help out non-Spanish speakers too.

I'm beginning to believe that the only people who might benefit from this process are those who can communicate in Spanish, sadly.

One bit of info they ask for: 5. Presión u oficio, what is that? Google translate isn't very useful on that line.

These folks are overwhelmed, lets show a little empathy. They are working together so if you send an email the one that is free picks up your claim. I would give it another try

It's a typo - should be Profesión u oficio and it means Profession or trade

Presión means pressure

My communication with them has been in English. I followed the pdf exactly and they had submitted my claim within about 15 hours. This was on Thursday last

On my side, I have to say that Klaus immediately replied to my WhatsApp last week and indicated the email address to use to send them all the documents. It took me a couple days now to prepare all the necessary documents as I was out of home and i am now waiting for their feedback. Let's not forget that there was the weekend in between and that Chile is on a different time zone that Europe. I hope to get some feedback soon though as it's almost 30 days for me since the refund ...

Sure, my time is up quite soon so hoping someone picks it up fairly quickly. I did get a message from someone on Whatsapp this morning, asked if Klaus had gotten into contact with me and I said no. Will see if that now gets any traction when they get back into the office today. The email address in the PDF for Klaus' office bounced, so I know my email only went through to the other attorney listed on it, and that seems to be the person who contacted me on Whatsapp since they had my email address.

I'm hopeful but there's only about 2 more days to file now.

I've never received any communication regarding cancellation. I only received `We've refunded your ticket` a couple of days ago - so I guess this would be the date for 30 days to count from, right?

From a legal aspect, I cannot answer. But from a logical standpoint, I would imagine that it’s from the first day that they informed you that your ticket was cancelled (not when you received the refund). Wether the cancellation email is in your spam or you didn’t see it, it would be from when they sent it
