I booked 4 tickets, 3 of which have been cancelled and I am waiting for refunds on these.

Two of the tickets were booked with Lastminute.com, one of the tickets which was booked for travel in June 2022.

I have successfully flown on this ticket, initially, the reservation and ticket did not match as the LIM SCL sector was missing from the reservation. LM re added this back in and I was able to check-in online for all of the flights.

Well done. Nice to hear that being one of the first flyers pays off .

I myself had a booking this week but it got cancelled unfortunately so flying before they realise they made a mistake can get you a seat.

The refund got processed and should hit my account this week. The IB ticket is intact, looking forward to flying it... 37K Avios and halfway to BA Silver is pretty good for a 3-digit fare.

Thank God they refunded everything, including a $50 flexible ticket supplement I bought for one of them, so we can avoid any further refund drama...

Is there any update on any actions from the WhatsApp group? I had been translating but the sheer volume of messages made my head hurt.

On Facebook, a Chilean lawyer asked for people to send her their information for a class action suit:

Hello folks, the Comandante here is enjoying some hard earned holidays in a remote location with no internet most of the time access so hard to stay on top of things.

Some recent good news on the Chilean lawsuit side, LATAM has already reinstated flights for the lawyer that presented the first: Recurso de Proteccin.

Hopefully there will be many more coming in the next few days.

Anyone can present one of this but you have only a month after the notice given my PL. So most people has till around end of July. While presenting it is free you would normally need a lawyer. The folks that are doing it for us are charging around 35 euros per request.

It is probably best to still wait a few days till more tickets are reinstated considering there is still time.

ComandantePuchinetta Who should we contact about that? The lawyer I mentioned or someone else? I have already received a refund for my Priceline tickets, I'd like to get them reinstated.

A family member also booked one through Priceline and one through some other OTA (I believe Seat24). He would like to get the Priceline ticket reinstated (it was the better routing), and would be fine with having the other one refunded.
I don't know if he has already received a refund or not, and if there has been any communication regarding his bookings.

This issue has been also shared on Travel Codex / Boarding area. I can also confirm that AESA has acknowledge my complaint against Iberia. When I initially reached out to IBeria they told me to pound the payment. When I mentioned EU 261 / 2004 they didn't respond at all.....

I will be joining the whatsApp group next to see what may come.

MyTrip did refund me 100% of my ticket and did not charge a refund fee

Can you please share who to contact and what to ask for? template would be much appreciated! 35 does not sound like much to get the 300 ticket reinstated...

Chargeback time I think.
Zero contact for me from last minute, apart from the original booking confirmation.

looks like my outbound has now disappeared.

Agree, I'm happy to pay 35 euros, how do we do this? Who do we contact?
