I booked for my girlfriend but she doesnt' really want to go to South America.
So i'm going to go solo (its only a week).
It is within 24 hours so I can cancel on priceline for her. OR given thsi is J ... can I just leave it and chancel later.
The T&C say cancelation permitted but dont state a fee.

Looking at IB's confirmation email, for both outbound/inbound flights, under "Not Valid", it listed my outbound departure date. Does that mean even the ticket isn't cancelled, the ticket was never valid before?

(To answer your Q: it perfectly normal for OTA reservations to look like that; it is not an issue and your name is correctly stored in the relevant systems)

No, it says Not Valid Before and After... Meaning it's only valid on the date booked. That's on all etickets.

That was also (likely) KoreanAir being mad at Delta for their pricing error potentially costing KoreanAir their seats. Which holds more ground as KoreanAir themselves were pricing that same fare at ~$20k.
Iberia made this mistake themselves, so other than the OTAs (which dropped fuel surcharges in addition to the cheap price), they don't have anything else to blame. Also, I imagine they still make some minimal profit on a ~$1k longhaul business class ticket, whereas they definitely don't on a $300 one

I bet LATAM had this fare filled in for weeks, if not months - only thing changed some OTAs (not all!) started dropping the YQ charge (€600) if connection on LATAM was added. If OTAs are the source of the problem - LATAM will ask them to pay the missing YQ. If it's LATAM's problem, then I guess we'll see - maybe it was an intentional flash sale?

I can confirm that's definitely not true. I've been researching (and eventually booked with KLM from MAD) flights to LIM and SCL, only last week. And this fare wasn't there. And someone posted the fare details above I think with filling date of yesterday...

I can't find it in Premium Fare Deals, but it was definitely there around a month ago, when LATAM filled a number of ~ $1k fares between Europe and South Americal - so maybe it was refilled yesterday with an error that allowed YQ to drop? I don't know.

It has nothing to do with Iberia. This is LATAM's filled fare, plated on their ticket number. It just happens flights are operated by Iberia. From Iberia's point of view they'll get paid whatever is agreed in their partnership agreement and not what LATAM charged for it.

Yeah, probably something like that. Last night, when I opened Google Flights, literally all flights every single day were showing £821 (with YQ). Last week deciding between LATAM and KLM the prices weren't under £1450.
