Does the fare allow free stopovers in Seoul, by any chance?

Looks like unlimited stopovers. It's quite flexible. Routing map, not an MPM fare.

It says so, but it doesn't really replicate on google flights, haven't tried Delta. Fare rules say:

"STOPOVERSUNLIMITED FREE STOPOVERS PERMITTED ON THE PRICING UNIT."

It will price out with this same fare, but the price jumps. Probably the HIP rule.

Newbie here: How good is this deal? Given its refundable, better to book now and think later? I'd be interested in the layover too but can't price it out on Google flights

Does not only price on delta.com. However yes DL codes. From the rules:
THE FARE COMPONENT MUST INCLUDE TRAVEL VIA TRANSPACIFIC
SECTORS ON
ONE OR MORE OF THE FOLLOWING
ANY DL FLIGHT OPERATED BY KE.

For a First class deal, it's amazing, given that that's below the normal business class flight. And given that it's fully refundable, you might as well.
catlike likes this.

Which other US airports is this available from? Every other one I've searched so far (LAX, SFO, IAD, ORD) has returned prices north of $15k.

Careful lots of the ICN-DPS dates are in econ and the 13 hr layover is brutal.

On ICS-DPS: DL coded seems to book into J, while KE coded books into e.g. D, so it's more likely that the KE-coded ones will be Y.

Google flights says it's in Econ, but when you click through to delta it's actually in J/Prestige. 13hr layouver depends on the dates, I have a booking in March with 2hr layovers each way.

I saw it on other airports too (e.g. BOS), but the dates were MUCH more limited and all routing through JFK anyway. And JFK was ~400 USD cheaper, so you might as well book JFK-DPS and arrange travel to JFK at a later point in time.
