As a global airline it has one of the worst customer service handling I have witnessed.
i have to concur. It’s arguably the best option for traveling US-EUR on a flatbed seat, but the lack of useable transferable miles is a problem.

Hi, may I know what EF is? Thank you

I grabbed another open-jaw itinerary direct through TAP for next February. SFO-LIS-VIE / HAM-LIS-SFO for $675 per person. It isn't $260, but what a steal compared to other sales, even. Ticketed already and received ticket numbers in email.

I just have to say we booked TAP several months ahead ORD-NAP/MRS-ORD. Both were cancelled. It took several months to get a refund. Just beware in the event of schedule changes, cancellations, etc as noted upthread.

it is a very tempting fare - I almost jumped. But of course most of these countries are currently off limits to US residents. Hopefully that will change in 6 monhs but no guarantees. Fall is also not great timing for families with kids in school...

Of course it is public info. but the timing with the alert is not coincidental. I think it would be difficult for STTP to restrict dissemination of publicly available fare data, but then again Bloomberg and Morningstar seems to have business models that work.

Has anyone been able to select seats on the TAP site? I booked through Expedia, but the TAP site doesn't want to load the seat maps.

I was able to choose seats on Expedia during booking process. The intra-Euro flights are reflected in my Expedia booking but not the trans-As. The TAP site shows no seats and no ability to look at seats...
