Buyer beware of all those OTA's that don't do great customer service.

LATAM refunded the tickets within 1-2 weeks. I had one ticket booked with Exp and it was refunded shortly afterwards. No issue/fuss.

LATAM will refund -- they have poor customer service, but their refund policies are pretty clear and honored. Your OTA may be problematic, however, so book somewhere reliable.

That will only complicate matters - by now most credit card issuers (at least in Europe) refuse do process chargebacks relating to cancellation. I'm not convinced that the credit card issuer will be able to comprehend that this case is different from the thousands of Covid-19 cancellation chargebacks that have flooded the issuers the past 10-11 months.
