So do I, but when? We only get one free change. If we accept to fly in June, then they don't have to allow us to change the ticket again.

Spoke to another lawyer now. He confimed it's not about the 2-week rule, but that "re-routing, under comparable transport conditions, to their final destination at a later date at the passenger's convenience, subject to availability of seats." doesn't mean "any date we want".
The intention of the law is that, say you have an evening flight and the airline offers to rebook you to a 5AM flight the next morning, then you could demand to be rebooked on a 10 AM flight instead. Or something else that would make sense. So "+- 3 days" sounds reasonable.
He confirmed that Finnair is already doing more than they have to by allowing us to move our bookings to June.

I'm really torn about what to do about this. I guess I will simply try to get this flight changed to HKG as well.

Does anyone know if the June 30th deadline applies to inbound flights too? Or can I begin my journey on June 30 and return in July?

Managed to keep the same date but change the destination to SIN.

Had a look though and there is no Finnair flights for sale from BLQ-HEL until 2nd May. So not sure if it will actually go ahead as I think they will cancel the BLQ-HEL route

What were your original travel dates? I'm scheduled on BLQ-HEL-HKG departing on May 2nd. I'm still sitting tight.

What (if any) alternative routing options are they likely to offer if they cancel service on BLQ-HEL?

Good to know

there are very few new cases in Singpor -now only 33 active cases / Hongkong - now 64 active cases / Thailand now only 12 active cases / Vietnam 0 aktive cases - in my opinion because of the hot weather.

The hot weather does not lead to a major outbreak. Otherwise in Italy / South Korea and China where the cold season is now.

And in China because of the restrictions, the new cases are becoming fewer and fewer!

Anyone flying in April has already received any notification of cancellation from AY, or can see flights marked as cancelled in MMB?
