Air China offers very very cheap business class flights from Oslo via Stockholm (operated by SAS) & Peking to Bangkok. Can be booked directly at airchina.com. Good availability until August 2020. Minimum stay 6 day, max. 3 month. Free stopover in PEK possible.

Quite sure its an error fare... probably loaded NOK800 iso NOK8000.....
Are the Chinese honoring the deals?

CA has honored YUL-HAV j fare in the past, just FYI. It was a sale on their Canada web site.
