Everyone here is in agreement that this is a mistake fare, right? And not a “sale?”

I am ticketed CMN-HNL r/t for $1,100. That comes out to ~$250 per longhaul in AA 787 business class.

Some people are saying this is an inaugural sale, but how could the numbers above possibly make sense?

Keep us updated on this. It's interesting that multiple people had that leg drop

I had it on the nostrom operated for IB legs which weren't available in business. Also, my ticket as open jaw.. whether either of these caused this drop.

My CMN-MAD legs dropped but have come back at the very end of the flight summary. The dates and times are right but just shows up at the very bottom for both legs and only viewed on mobile. Still not showing up in desktop. Strange.

better to get the AA coded IB flights than the IB coded.... many reports show them not ticketing for whatever reason. I can never understand some of the weird things airlines do..
i hope you got yours ticketed!

Thought it could be both. Sale and then one figure might be wrong. These are similar prices from a few years ago when you could get eu-usa tickets in various sales for less than 1k with as/ib/ba

I was somewhat surprised they even allowed holds. I thought they only offered a hold when it was all AA metal.

Interesting.
I've seen "Segment confusion" when non-plating carriers just seem to have no clue after a schedule change.. but this is early on and feels odd for so many to be seeing this strangeness.

I couldn't get a hold from CMN MAD JFK because of the first segment wasn't AA. Ended up just buying it outright and pretty happy to see its ticketed already since the deal looks dead.

OK, might have to re-evaluate the old saying about snooze-lose, I checked this forum before spending the day at the beach @waikiki, catching some rays.

Is this another example of vanity having a price?

Kudos to OP for sharing, fare was evidently valid for 3˝ hours after posting. Congrats to all who made reservations while it lasted.
