(premium fare gone): Kuwait: MXP/FRA-DEL $434 RT in Business
 

Wanted to get this one out quickly, as I'm not sure how long it will last. It looks like these are available on select dates in August and September. The deals also work for one-way fares (~$280).

The only downside is nowhere to credit these. For $434 though, I'm not sure anyone can complain :)

decided not to go for this one.
Dry airline so be aware of that if you like a few drinks on a flight.

It would be tough to get a downgrade at the gate. Can't imagine their economy cabin is up to much.

Why would you say that? After all, the range and quality of alcoholic beverages served in economy equals that served in the Business Class cabin. Perhaps other aspects of the Kuwait Airways Economy Class experience reach the heights of their Business Class product as well. :p

Depending on your jurisdiction and willingness to enforce contracts , always look at Small Claims Court... Several airlines have quickly settled when presented with Small Claims... Others are "fighters", on the other hand it's a matter of how much you want to fly a dry airline...
