Help Reading Combinability Section of Fare Rules
Looking at this fare as an example, according to the rules, which of the following if any am I allowed to do without affecting how these segments are already priced?
(i) Nesting FRA-MUC-FRA (or some other domestic flight) in the 14h55m I have in FRA (ii) Nesting GRU-GIG-GRU (or some other domestic flight) in the 10h5m I have in GRU (iii) Adding BOG-CTG (or some other domestic flight) at my destination of BOG (iv) Nesting EZE-COR-EZE (or some other domestic flight) in the 11h20m I have in GIG Also, if any of the above are indeed possible, must it be an LH group fare to be combined, or an LH codeshare, or am I literally free to add any fare and any flight available?
