[FARE GONE] AT: MNL-ABJ in Business $651 rt
Must be ticketed by AT. Books into D for $651 or C for $691 (free change/cancel). The only allowed routing is MNL-DOH-CMN-ABJ (MNL-DOH operated by QR). Stopover allowed in CMN only for up to 30 days. You can book this fare only on OTAs such as Expedia or Priceline. Total distance 20,078 miles, so C will earn around 29000 QMiles at ~2.4 CPM.

AT = Royal Air Maroc
For those who share my ignorance, AT = Royal Air Maroc, an airline not often seen in this forum. Unless you're a member of Safar (in which case you'll know all this), miles can be credited to Etihad, Iberia and Qatar. As Qatar is an operating carrier on this route, that might be the safest account to go for.
Oddly, the airline' website doesn't seem to recognise Manila as an origin or destination.
Côte d'Ivoire requires a visa for most non-African passports. For some, these are available online to be picked up at Abidjan airport. I have no idea if a back-to-back, instant return, is feasible.
