One cannot do it on the SQ site, unfortunately. It explicitly states so when one selects a multiple destination option.

Though seems I can't price it as SQ.com gives an error "route not operated" and OTA/Matrix/Kayak shows only full fare J pricing each segmnet separately

Any hint?
FRA is the destination on this fare. You cannot stopover there enroute to SIN, as JFK-FRA is a permitted routing on the fare as well. If you don't continue on to SIN, your journey is complete at FRA.

Correction: obviously I meant SIN-JFK via FRA above
You must fly direct (via FRA) to SIN (stopover point) prior to continuing on to your destination (FRA).

Right. But why? I tried to answer this question.
SQ25/26 restriction is a specific restriction for these fares, unlike a stopover/ transfer in origin/ destination (which is basic IATA fare construction restriction applied to all or most fares).

I'm not sure I understand the open question. You cannot stopover in your origin (JFK) or destination (FRA)--these are end points of the fare. You can stopover in a city along the permitted routing if the fare rules allow (SIN in this case).

Use Kayak with a +/- 3 day search to find the best options.

You asked so many times so... You can start in SFO. This will cost +900 USD on RT basis for the SQ lowest D fare to FRA. Easier to fly to NYC on a separate ticket probably. SFO-NYC has to be SQ/B6 marketed. SQ marketed can be AS operated too, not B6 only.

I just purchased this journey, 6 segment on D. Doing a long stopover in SIN to do a separate journey.

Purchased with Chase UR points @ 167,000. I'm a United 1k, but will try to status match on Alaska for this. That will generate 100% miles + 100% fare class bonus + 125% Alaska 75k bonus. That should net 108,018 Alaska miles - is that correct?

4 segments based on the original itinerary. JFK-FRA, FRA-SIN, SIN-FRA, FRA-JFK

20,490 (miles - base @ 100%) + 20,490 (miles - additional bonus @ 100%) + 25,613 (miles - 75K bonus @ 125%) = 66,593 miles.

Yep, that should be about it for a MVP 75K in RDMs. The EQMs are still 33K and change.
