I never ever call the airline until the first people have reported back they have flown with no issues. The way I see it, if I know i'm flying flat for less than £500 return I can forgo the best seats if it involves phoning the airline. ANY would work for me.

Hey guys. I just got a call from a number that I googled and says it’s alitalia but didn’t leave a message... random to be calling people on a Sunday at noon... anybody else got a call?

checked all and still all the same... I even changed seats now and got email confirmation with changes and stills says business E. Maybe a spam call from a spoofed number?

So they just called back and said they had a bug in their website and they are offering me an economy seat or full refund. Told her to call me back...
