After calculation, by Aug this year, I will get 68K status Miles with partners, is that worth to fly more to get 90K status miles for 75K?

So do a cost/benefit analysis. How many of those 22K status miles will be pure mileage runs, and how many pushing you to do something you'd like to do anyway?
How much do you expect to fly on Alaska/Partner airlines in 2020?

Only you can answer that. Aside from an advantage in getting upgraded, the major advantages of 75k over Gold are 4 lounge day passes, 125% bonus instead of 100% and 50K Alaska miles.

NYC is good for transcon to SFO,SJC, often runs sub 300USD RT in Y, watch out for X class tho, as you may want premium class or F upgrade for the long transcon.

Thank you, during my stay in NYC, the RT is about 450 USD, but it comes with double miles and I have upgrade voucher, that would be good as well.
HAK, let me see how many miles can they give.
HAK to HKG is KA cannot AS
Compare with HAK to HKG to SIN, PVG to HKG to SIN is a little better... PVG to HKG at least can credit to AS

I'm looking at the AMD-SIN-EWR biz fare. Can't figure out the fare class. How many EQM can be expected?

Thank you, will not consider the flight to US by E, especially such a long journey.

Longshot here, but trying to get the ~18K (partner) miles I need for MVPG (current MVPG) next year. However, I need to get it done in the next month (before 7/30) since I'm going to be insanely busy through the rest of the year. My go to is normally Qantas but paid fares are currently exorbitant. Based in SEA but have plenty of miles so no issue re positioning if needed. Any economical options that anyone sees within the next few weeks?
