For each request, please include the following information:
Departure Airport:
Miles Needed:
Required Spend or Budget:
Available Travel Dates:
Required Metal or Codeshares okay*:
For each response. Please quote the original request. DO NOT START A SEPARATE THREAD.
----
NOTE: You will have greater chances of success if you have greater flexibility on travel dates and cost. If you need a lot of MQMs on weekends only for < 5 cpm it probably won't happen.
Other creative possibilities depending how many MQMs you need:
----
*"Required Metal or Codeshares" is, approximately, asking whether you need a flight operated specifically by Delta or if partner flights are ok. If you are just looking for MQMs to hit a Medallion tier the normal way, then the answer is yes. If you are doing a status challenge, the answer is also probably yes, but read the T&C of your challenge carefully to be sure (for the regular status challenge the answer is also "yes")
NOTE: some partner flights earn MQMs at reduced rates. See this chart for more info.

Other creative possibilities depending how many MQMs you need:
- signup bonuses for various DL-branded AMEX cards (usually have a spend requirement)
- if you already have planned travel, consider buying up (in advance, not at check in) for 50% MQM bonus and more flexible same-day-confirmed options which are another way to increase MQMs
- Hilton 250 MQMs per stay of 2 nights or more
- if you are close to a threshold Delta often will offer a buy-up (at exorbitant prices). 2016 thread, and speculation/anticipation thread for 2017

I did my first mileage run last year with help from flyertalk and trying to do another one this year with hopes to hit diamond. Last year was ATL-LGA-ATL-JNB-AMS-JFK-ATL for about $1,000 or so. Thanks in advance!
Departure Airport: ATL or I can position to anywhere
Miles Needed: 20K MQM or more
Required Spend or Budget: low as possible
Available Travel Dates: flexible until 12/31; weekend immediate turnaround preferred
Required Metal or Codeshares okay*: as long as I can get Delta MQM!

If you can reposition to JFK, then JFK-SIN on China Eastern will also get you the desired mileage. There are tickets in the $530+ range in October. Bookable on Expedia.

I am open to including a Friday or Monday. Pretty much any day, but weekends would be ideal. I am looking for the most feasible way to get there with a Minimal budget.

Alternatively, JFK-SIN on China Eastern. Weekend prices are in the $934 range (e.g. Oct. 26 - 27) but $740 on Oct. 25-26 departure early Friday morning (i.e. just after midnight). If you can do weekday travel, then the JFK-SIN trip can be as low as $530 (e.g. Oct 22 - 24)
You could also do ATL-LIH, $717 (e.g. Sat, Nov 2) and get roughly 9000 MQMs and then a trip to Seattle via LAX to pick up the remaining 5000 MQMs (e.g. Sat, Oct. 26, ATL-LAX-SEA-ATL, $460). On Delta.

how can you know if a partner airlines qualifies for Delta MQMs if you search on Orbitz or another search site other than the Delta site?

You can do a JFK-ICN run on Delta. requires a positioning flight Friday evening and maybe a return flight Monday morning (or late Sunday evening.) e.g. Nov. 30 - Dec. 1, $898
