@Calgary88

It should be possible. It really depends on the fare rules.

OK, I found it in the fare rules, but no luck playing with it. Is that with 1x in C7, bookable only on any dodgy OTA on the edge of bankrupcty, paying with russian currency? :-D

It works on different OTAs don't worry .
You just need to work on the construction.
Fare rules will help you to understand if you have to look for 1x or 3x or something different.

The price €243,15 or 211€ will guide you to understand who much is expensive the construction.

Aha, so that is it. Like One-Step-Forward and then One-Step-Backward in order to get nowhere - quickly.

About fare rules: I was suggesting to read fare rules because some routes have specific restriction and don't allow to dump with construction. So I was wondering if you noticed it.
I will try to be more clear next time.
You just used three 3 postings and several hours of your time to state and restate the obvious and repeat/imitate an already posted deal just to produce a slightly lower price, instead of posting something new(s)worthy.
Correction: 5 postings. Think of all the people wasting time reading those and not learning anything.

you are wrong.
I already posted something worthy but few people are willing to open fare rules and waste their time to read.
The golden egg is to learn the logic behind a dump.

there is one guy some pages ago who did a post about a true golden egg but no one caught it . What a pity

UA C2-C1 € 185,56 All in R/T

For those who need Mileage Plus Miles cheaply before change over.

OJs with return to other European cities possible. Just pay the slightly higher base fare for return.

Fly from the pyramids or the Ottomans! Go to some SAR in the south of China for $190.
Oh, check your local friendly OTA (specify airlines because there's a difference.) Just found $178

Still learning, but am I on the right track with thinking about "award travel" to eliminate this? Was able to combine a strike with a high base fare and dump, but the added BF offset any benefit. A nudge would be appreciated. For what its worth I'm specifically looking for the Windy City to St. Patty's on OW. Not looking for a handout.

I found a C2n-C2w ticket with almost zero BF on LH. I can't seem to make any 3x work. Is this worth pursuing?
