I booked open jaw TXL-DEN SFO-TXL for ca. 1600 EUR in Jan. Would have been nice to have that price in USD but still not horrible.

yes, double open-jaw. Allowed per the rules this time! Was not an option last had such a sale which sucked but this time it works well!

yep! Ams SFO for 1572 with either BA/AY or AA. Whole of states is on sale till end of season.

Ugh I have two itins on hold but they errored out on ticketing because they said the ticket needs to be charged to a local card in EUR with a EUR billing address. Is that true?? I've never heard that. They said they would honor the held itinerary but need to find a friend to charge in EUR now =/

What airline or site? I booked multiple ex-ZRH Edelweiss tickets last week on their site with a US credit card/billing address.
